Terms of service

These terms are between you and Sitestack Technologies Ltd (trading as Cobble) (“Cobble”) and apply to your use of Cobble CRM.

The service

We provide a hosted CRM. We may improve and change it over time, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you pay for.

Your account

Keep your login details safe and make sure the people you add are authorised to use Cobble. You are responsible for activity in your workspace.

Your data

You own your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as set out in our privacy policy and data processing agreement. You can export it at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use Cobble to send unlawful or unsolicited bulk email, to break the law, or to attack or disrupt the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people in your workspace.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. Prices exclude VAT. You can cancel at any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Cobble available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
