This policy covers this website and the Cobble CRM service, run by Sitestack Technologies Ltd (trading as Cobble) (company number 17455596), 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, IP28 7DE (“Cobble”, “we”).

Two roles

For information about visitors to this website and people who sign up to Cobble, we are the controller. For the customer and prospect data that you put into your Cobble workspace, you are the controller and we are your processor, under our data processing agreement.

What we collect

• Account details: name, work email and password (stored hashed).
• Billing details: handled by Stripe. We never see full card numbers.
• Messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
• Basic technical data needed to run and secure the service, such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, take payment, answer your questions and meet our legal duties. We do not sell personal data.

Where it is stored

Workspace data is hosted in London. Some service providers (for example email delivery and payments) may process data outside the UK, under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Workspace data is kept while your account is active. You can export it or ask us to erase it at any time, and you can erase individual people's data from inside Cobble.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@cobblecrm.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
