Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days with no credit card. The trial includes up to 5 seats, 2,000 contacts, 3 automations and 3 forms, which is plenty to run your real pipeline. When it ends you choose a plan to keep going. Your data is kept either way.
What counts as a seat?
Every person with a login to your workspace. Each plan includes a number of seats (3, 5 or 10), and extra seats are a flat monthly price each. There are no hidden tiers of seat.
Do you charge for onboarding or implementation?
No. There are no onboarding fees, no setup fees and no credit system. The price on the plan is the price you pay.
Where is our data stored?
Customer data is stored in London. You can export it at any time, and permanently erase a person's data on request.
Can we bring our data from another CRM?
Yes. Import a CSV with a column mapper, choose how to treat duplicates, and undo the import if you change your mind. Existing contacts can be matched by email or company domain.
Does it work with our email?
Cobble connects to each person's own Microsoft 365 or Gmail mailbox, so sequences and one-to-one emails come from your real address and replies come straight back to you.
Is there an API?
Yes. The Growth, Scale and Enterprise plans include a REST API for contacts, companies and deals, and signed webhooks for events like a deal being won. Zapier, Make and n8n work with both.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel from your billing settings whenever you like, and your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
